We designed the license plate amber light after years of kitting out chase trucks with essential lighting and no good off-the-shelf options. Rear amber lights are essential if you plan to off-road your truck, to keep you from getting rear-ended, show others your position, and provide rear lighting. (not to mention keeping that pesky tailgater off your bumper). Down in Baja, we use a wide variety of chase trucks that need to be outfitted with rear amber lights to protect them during the chaos of Baja racing. This light mount is meant to be a quick and easy solution that provides a clean and functional result. No hassle drilling holes or making custom brackets, just bolt it on, wire it up, and you’re good to go. Reversible design allows for fitment across multiple configurations.
